We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to drive the success of key enterprise client accounts. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, including business development, technology, and marketing. You will play a critical role in strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring seamless implementation of SaaS-based solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying large-scale technology solutions for enterprise-grade organizations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a consultative approach to account management. You should thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and be comfortable managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business pitches and ensure smooth onboarding for new enterprise clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive retention and revenue growth.
- Regularly assess and validate client needs, translating them into well-defined Statements of Work (SOW).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technology, finance, and marketing teams to deliver timely, effective solutions aligned with client goals.
- Leverage CRM tools and analytics to monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and refine account strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA from a top-tier institute is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management or business development within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of client accounts with professionalism and a proactive attitude.
- Advanced expertise in managing system integrations, gathering business requirements, drafting SOWs, and overseeing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Background in consultative sales or experience as a solutions engineer is a plus.
- A confident, collaborative, and positive approach to team dynamics; a sense of humor is always welcome.
- Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
