Payroll Executive

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing & Compliance:
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations using Spine Payroll Portal.
• Ensure timely salary disbursement, including deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Maintain statutory compliance with tax regulations, EPF, ESI, gratuity, and other labor laws applicable to shipbuilding operations.
• Employee Salary & Benefits Management:
• Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Process increments, bonuses, overtime calculations, and final settlements.
• Coordinate payroll audits and reporting for management review.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Maintain payroll records, employee details, and taxation reports using Spine Payroll.
• Generate MIS reports for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Work closely with HR to ensure seamless integration between payroll and employee database systems.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate ( HR degree will be advantage )
• Experience: 4 + Years of hands-on experience in Payroll Processing & Spine Payroll .
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Spine Payroll & Excel for payroll management.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Expertise in PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and other payroll compliances .
• Soft Skills: Strong numerical ability, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset.
