Securities Litigation & Regulatory Associate Attorney

This is a rare opportunity for an attorney who is not only a strong technical litigator but also an independent thinker, self-starter, and problem-solver. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, isn?t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and is eager to contribute meaningfully from day one.

What You'll Do:

• Work alongside some of the top securities litigators in the country on high-stakes, complex matters that shape the financial services landscape.
• Tackle sophisticated commercial, business, and securities litigation matters.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and regulatory proceedings before the SEC, FINRA, and state agencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to financial services clients on litigation, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Draft persuasive, high-level motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Collaborate with a team in a supportive, dynamic, and friendly environment.

What We Need You to Bring:

• 6?10 years of relevant experience in securities, business litigation, and banking law
• JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in Texas.
• Demonstrable and proven and arbitration experience ? this is a must!
• Strong working knowledge of SEC, FINRA, RIA, and banking regulations.
• Sharp legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with confidence and ease.

Salary range $172,500 - $260,320 - The salary range does not guarantee, obligate, nor set expectations of an applicant's salary in the event of hire. Actual compensation will depend upon several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's years of experience, qualifications and skill set.
