The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill a Hybrid Remote SBA/USDA role in the greater Atlanta, GA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for This position is responsible for the daily administration of the loan portfolio. (This is a hybrid remote position) SBA/USDA Portfolio Manager responsibilities include:

Maintenance and servicing of the portfolio
Ensuring compliance with SBA, USDA and Bank policies and procedures
10+ years' experience of USDA Servicing and liquidation
10+ years of special assets management
Provide mentoring and leadership for team member
Managing the collections process
Manage the renewal process of maturing loans in the portfolio
Perform annual reviews on all loans in the portfolio
Collect all financial documents and other documentation to ensure compliance with loan covenant and risk ratings.
Compile and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual loan management reports as prescribed

Have a proficient knowledge of the SBA SOP 50-57, SBA 50 10 & USDA Regulations
Manage the SBA & USDA Guaranty Liquidation process
Manage the loan work-out process, including collateral liquidation
Assists manager with the training and mentoring of team member
Ability to assess each borrower's credit and ability to repay their loans though the annual review process and recommend a risk rating based on credit
Assists borrowers on servicing actions on their loans using applicable bank, SBA and USDA policies and procedures
