We are seeking a high-level Real Estate Development Assistant with real estate development experience to support our leadership team and help manage day-to-day operations.

Job Summary
This is a high-levelExecutive Assistantrole with a heavy focus on real estate development . You will be supporting executive leadership. You'll work closely with internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders while overseeing operational tasks, strategic initiatives, and special projects. This role requires strong real estate development knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, emails, and travel
• Oversee day-to-day office and project operations
• Collaborate with operations manager to ensure team alignment
• Improve workflows, processes, and communication systems
• Support investor relations and fundraising activities
• Prepare documents: LOIs, PSAs, entitlement packages, project schedules
• Track permitting, city deadlines, and milestone deliverables
• Coordinate meetings with clients, investors, and partners
• Lead and manage select projects from start to finish
• Prepare internal reports and performance summaries
• Represent executives in client-facing communication
• Take on additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of the development process (acquisition to construction)
• Experience with confidential materials and high-level decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Benefits

$60,000-80,0000 Base Salary + Performance Based Bonuses
