SAP HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional who can implement and configure the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) module to meet our clients' human resources requirements. You will work closely with HR teams to optimize HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and align HR solutions with business objectives.

• Analyze business requirements and configure SAP HCM modules to meet client needs
• Implement and optimize processes related to personnel administration, payroll, and recruitment
• Facilitate data management and HR reporting to ensure accurate and timely information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM with other SAP modules
• Conduct training for HR staff on SAP HCM functionalities and best practices
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing user support
• Document processes, configurations, and user guides as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM functionalities and HR processes
• Experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support
• Familiarity with integration of HCM with other SAP modules (such as FI, CO, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
