SAP CO Senior Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in implementing and optimizing SAP CO solutions that help our clients enhance their controlling processes and overall financial performance.

Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, configuring SAP CO functionalities, and guiding clients through best practices in cost tracking, planning, and reporting. You will serve as a mentor to junior consultants and collaborate closely with finance and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery and effective integration with other SAP modules.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP CO modules according to client requirements and industry standards.
• Analyze clients' controlling processes to identify optimization opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements, creating functional specifications for the technical development team.
• Conduct system testing, manage user acceptance testing, and ensure that configurations meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the SAP CO module, enhancing their understanding and use of the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of SAP CO with other SAP functionalities, such as FICO, MM, and SD.
• Act as a key point of contact for CO-related issues and support clients in resolving challenges effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an SAP CO Consultant with a strong focus on implementation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CO functionalities, including Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Experience in integrating SAP CO with other SAP modules, particularly FI, MM, and SD.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and project teams.
