SAP BW HANA Senior Consultant

Looking for an experienced SAP BW HANA Senior Consultant to join our analytics team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of SAP BW on HANA solutions that drive data insights and support strategic decision-making for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs, translating them into effective SAP BW solutions.

Your expertise in SAP BW and HANA will allow you to optimize data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting environments. You will also mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement SAP BW on HANA solutions that meet client reporting and analytics requirements.
• Lead data modeling and ETL processes within SAP BW, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize performance of SAP BW queries and reporting using HANA capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants on best practices in SAP BW and HANA.
• Assist in project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Support troubleshooting and performance tuning for existing BW HANA environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP BW with at least 3+ years of experience in SAP BW on HANA.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts, ETL processes, and reporting tools in SAP BW.
• Experience optimizing SAP BW performance using HANA features.
• Proficient in SQL and SAP BW query design.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
