Salesperson- 4x4 Truck Parts

Torque King 4x4 is in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Salesperson to join our team, specializing in 4x4 truck drivetrain parts. In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and recommendations on our extensive product range. Your passion for the automotive industry and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Advise customers on the best 4x4 truck repair parts or kits to meet their requirements
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries
• Assist in inventory management and stocking of products
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in automotive or retail
• In-depth knowledge of 4x4 truck parts and components
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and computer applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive parts sales
• Familiarity with online sales and e-commerce platforms
