What You'll Do- Be the first line of support for customer inquiriesanswering questions, providing product information, and ensuring each customer feels heard and cared for.
- Process orders accurately and manage communication between the customer, sales team, production, and logistics.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales ordersmaking sure the details are clear, correct, and on time.
- Keep customers' order information organized and up to date in our ERP system.
- Help identify and streamline processes that make the customer experience even better.
- Support your sales teammates by managing the administrative details so they can focus on growing relationships and closing deals.

- Full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position
- Starting rate: $25 per hour
- On-site role at our Cerritos, California headquarters
- Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, with hours between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Requirements
What We're Looking For- At least one year of experience in sales support, customer service, or order management. (Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.)
- A genuine love for helping people and solving problems .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills you're clear, friendly, and professional.
- Highly organized with an eye for detailyou're the one who catches the little things before they become big things.
- Comfortable with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and general business software .
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also take ownership and work independently.
