We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Sales Support Administrator - Blowers for our Fredericksburg location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

• Track projects from shipment to completion in order to make sure Kaeser exceeds customer expectations for communication, technical support and project completion, and quickly address and resolve any customer issues.
• Facilitate communication with applicable Kaeser Departments to ensure a smooth commissioning process.
• Build and maintain project calendar to ensure timelines are met.
• Confirm all required documentation from the end user is completed.
• Monitor the lead-times for open projects and communicate any delays as they occur.
• Coordinate with appropriate technical and service teams to schedule startup, installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Assist Kaeser District Managers and National Sales Manager as needed.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate's background will include:

• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Good communication skills/phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Physical attendance at the worksite as required.
