At MedicalGuardianourextensiveand expertMarketing teamdrivesnew,highly qualified leadsthroughall media typessuch as printads inAARP,internetsearchmarketing,TV, radio,socialmedia marketing,etc.While our salesrepresentativeswork remotely fromtheir ownhomesand live all over thecountry,we foster ateam-orientedculturethrough videomeetings,events, and individual coachingsession withsalesleadership.

This position is fully commission-based withuncappedearning potential!

Residency Requirement:

All applicants are required to have permanent residency in one of the following states:

AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, and TX only

Key Duties andResponsibilities:

  • Handleinbound and outboundsalescallsevery daywithurgency,careandexpertisein order toconvertpotential customersintosubscribers.
  • Properlyutilizethe provided hardware and software such as laptops, headsets,SalesforceCRM, Microsoftapplications,andFive9adapter to properlydocumentsales calls and activities.
  • Generouslylisten,seek solutions,establishvalue,make astrong recommendation,andovercome objectionsas part ofeverysales process toachievesalesgoalsandbestprotect ourcustomers.
  • Exhibita highstandard of personal and professional ethicswhile simultaneously achieving excellent resultsandperformingto levels of reward, recognition, and promotion.
  • Enact astrong work ethicto completeor exceed handlingof least 75Sales calls in an8.5 hourshift.
  • Flexibilityto work weekends, evenings, and holidaysasrequired.

Requirements

  • A passion for generating(call center experiencepreferred).
  • Utilize rapport building to best meet the needs of the customer in the most sincere and ethical manner.?
  • Display a competitive spirit to meet and exceed company wide and personal sales goals.?
  • Satisfactorily complete background / employment history investigation and drug screening.?
  • Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task.?
