Astrome is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for wireless equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience selling to telecom equipment makers, and large Enterprises in India and overseas, a deep understanding of the wireless technology landscape, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth in the wireless equipment market.
  • Identify and target key Telecom equipment makers and large accounts, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our wireless equipment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive business growth and customer success.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a track record of selling to telecom equipment makers and Large Enterprises
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the wireless technology landscape, including industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
