Sales Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive our business forward. If you have 2-3+ years of experience in sales, a love for travel, and a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!

Roles and Responsibilities:
~Develop and implement sales strategies to target educational institutions for student industry tours.
~Build and maintain strong client relationships with colleges, universities, and academic institutions.
~Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, achieving both individual and team targets.
~Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in the student travel segment.
~Coordinate logistics for industry tours, working closely with tour operators, hotels, and vendors.
~Create compelling presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
~Represent the company at education fairs and networking events.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
2-3+ years of experience in sales within the travel and tourism industry, specifically for educational or industry tours.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Passion for providing enriching experiences to students.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Travel and Tourism sales(Institute are the main target) is mandatory.
