Sales Manager

Our client, a local retailer s seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting customers and team members. The ideal candidate will have sales and customer service experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $20 - $28/hr

What?s the Job?

Consistently rank within the top 3 sales performers at the store and drive sales excellence across the team.

Manage and adjust staff schedules to align with budget parameters and store needs.

Lead cycle-counting efforts, ensure accurate stock levels, and oversee inventory tasks, including transfers and special orders.

Maintain organized, clean displays, ensure promotional materials are effectively placed, and communicate with buyers about product assortment.

Handle warranty processing, manage layaway sales, and ensure seamless communication with the central office on key operational tasks.

3+ years of retail/industry experience
