About the Role Step into the role of a Sales/Intake Attorney and become the first trusted voice for individuals seeking expert legal representation. Engage directly with clients facing serious criminal charges, conduct comprehensive case evaluations, and confidently communicate how Michael & Associates is dedicated to protecting their rights and securing their future. This role does not involve cold calling?every lead is pre-qualified and actively seeking legal help. Your main focus will be on building strong trust, showcasing the firm?s unparalleled value, and smoothly guiding potential clients through the process of retaining our expert services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily consultations with roughly 20 qualified leads.
• Build rapport quickly, understand client needs, and secure signed retainers.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Tennessee criminal law and our firm?s defense strategies.
• Answer client questions confidently and explain our approach in a clear, reassuring manner.

• Support clients who may be anxious or overwhelmed.
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy to build trust and confidence.

  • Licensed (or Eligible) Attorney To be considered for this role, you must meet both of the following requirements:
  • Hold an active Tennessee Bar license in good standing.
  • Have at least 7 years of criminal defense experience, including handling misdemeanor and felony cases and conducting client consultations.
