Sales Associate for Dance Boutique

West Valley Dance Boutique is a premiereshopping destination for dancers in the Bay Area who are looking for amazing quality, selection, and service. At the West Valley Dance Boutique, you'll find a variety of dance shoes,apparel, and accessories from well-known brands such as Capezio,Tiger Friday, Wear Moi, Danz N' Motionand more- allconveniently located next door to our premier dance school for kids and adults!

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual with sales experience who is detail- and customer-oriented for our Part-Time Sales Associate position . Although experience in dance is not a requirement, the ideal candidate will have an appreciation for performing arts and a willingness to learn.

Compensation: $20.00-25.00 per hour depending on individual experience, education, and position offered.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing day to day operations of the boutique as directed by the team manager, including creating an enjoyable shopping experience, and maintaining the visual aesthetics of the boutique and WVDC brand. Along with ensuring the highest quality of customer service, you will manage inventory, process new deliveries of product, and properly use a POS system. You will also have the opportunity to oversee marketing, including social media platforms, and have a blast collaborating with the store manager to plan store events!
