Robotic Welder Operator

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm with the possibility of overtime.

Starting Pay: $22.01/hour , pay based upon experience.

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Robotic Welder Operator with a technical mindset to operate and maintain robotic welding systems. This role requires an interest in automation, an understanding of welding processes, and the ability to interact with control interfaces. The ideal candidate should be technically inclined and eager to learn about the complex systems involved in robotic welding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and initiate welding processes using the robot's control panel.
• Interact with the control PC and software for tasks such as calibration, error analysis, and template creation.
• Perform basic robot movements as required by the system.
• Learn and manage components such as electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems associated with the robotic welder.
• Follow maintenance protocols for the robotic system to ensure efficient operation.
• Apply welding knowledge to set up welding templates and processes.
• Work closely with the engineering and quality departments to ensure the quality and accuracy of welds.
• Continuously develop skills related to the robotic welding process and stay updated with software enhancements.
• Follow written or oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties.
• Perform daily inspections and checklists.
• Willingness to participate in continuous training.
• Perform other welding tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
