Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and coordinate patient care at the Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation. In this role, you will ensure high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective leadership within the nursing team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Current New York State RN license.
• Certifications:
• Must be Board Certified
• Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in patient care coordination, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Coordinate patient care activities and assignments.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage schedules and staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and administration.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
