RN Charge - ICU

Are you an experienced and passionate ICU nurse looking for an exciting opportunity? Yoakum Community Hospital is currently seeking a talented and dedicated RN Charge to join our ICU team on a full-time night shift. As an RN Charge in our ICU department, you will play a key role in providing safe and effective clinical care to our patients, utilizing the nursing process and continuously striving for improvement in patient assessment, response, and documentation.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also develop administrative skills aimed at ensuring safe patient care, effective communication, and activities that enhance unit efficiency. Seeking guidance from supervisors and peers as needed, you will support and contribute to our Quality Assurance Program, demonstrating your commitment to providing high-quality care.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS for the RN Charge - ICU - Full-time Night position at Yoakum Community Hospital:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
• Currently licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
• CPR, ACLS & PALS certifications required
• Minimum one year of experience in ICU
