Develop Engineering Design plans to enhance NW performance & address coverage capacity issues. Understanding customer requirement and proposing the best possible solution using available NW platform. 5 years in Atoll planning tool & GIS related activities Expertise in RF Planning & Optimization Excellent knowledge of NR, LTE & GSM fundamentals & Architecture Knowledge of Atoll , Map Info & QGIS Knowledge of 2G, 4G & 5G technologies Excellent Numerical & Analytical Skills Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint Knowledge of Data Modelling, Data Cleansing & Data Enrichment Techniques Capacity to develop & document procedure & workflows Able to carry our data quality control, validation & linkages An understanding of data protection issue Ability to produce clear graphical / map representation and data visualizations
