We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical to aligning our revenue-generating teams (sales, marketing, customer success) and driving operational excellence across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and passionate about revenue growth, forecasting, and business operations. You will be responsible for improving and managing the revenue cycle, optimizing forecasting accuracy, and enhancing business processes that contribute to long-term revenue and profit growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Operations Management: Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and strategies.
- Revenue Forecasting: Build and maintain forecasting models that provide accurate insights into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue projections. Identify trends and recommend actions for course correction.
- Revenue Cycle Optimization: Manage and continuously improve the revenue cycle from lead generation to customer retention and billing. Ensure process integrity and operational efficiency throughout the cycle.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business operations and implement strategies to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance automation for scalable growth.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to leadership for decision-making. Ensure data hygiene and accuracy across all CRM and revenue systems.
- Strategic Planning: Support strategic initiatives by developing operational plans and executing them in alignment with broader business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue-related initiatives and campaigns, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between teams to promote transparency, improve accountability, and drive execution of growth-focused initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 17 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related functions in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Deep understanding of the revenue cycle , including lead management, sales pipeline, customer onboarding, and billing operations.
- Proven experience in revenue forecasting and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment on complex initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and process accuracy.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and revenue enablement tools.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
