Revenue Analyst

Role The Revenue Analyst is a key player in the day-to-day management of all opportunities and orders within the Salesforce environment. This role is dedicated to delivering a consistent approach to opportunity management and ensuring the accuracy of all data across our CRM and supporting systems. Responsibilities CRM & Data Management?

• Manage and oversee opportunities and orders within Salesforce to ensure a consistent approach and high data quality?
• Conduct regular audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness, flagging and resolving inconsistencies?

• Build and maintain recurring revenue reports and dashboards covering pipeline, win rates and deal velocity?
• Deliver ad hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making?
• Support forecasting cycles by ensuring pipeline data is accurate and current?

• Assist?in the quote-to-cash process, including order management?
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align processes and data management?
• Develop and?maintain?documentation for opportunity management processes and best practices?

• Serve as a point of contact for partner orders, account creation, and key revenue systems?
• Provide support to resolve partner and internal queries, ensuring a seamless experience?

• Support onboarding and training of sales team members on Salesforce and key revenue systems?

Requirements

• Bachelor?s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.?
• Proven experience in CRM data management, preferably within Salesforce.?
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.?
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.?
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.?
• Experience in?process?documentation and improvement.?
