• Review?customer contracts for application of appropriate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606?

• Create and maintain?complex?revenue recognition?contract templates?which capture total contract value, billings, the standard selling price allocation and revenue recognized?

• Analyze billing and software go-live data?to support proper revenue recognition?

• Prepare?revenue journal entries and deferred?revenue balance sheet account reconciliations and?rollforwards?and analysis of unusual or significant changes?

• Assist with updating and maintaining the revenue recognition policy memo?and the standalone'selling price analysis?

• Assist with the?improvement of?revenue recognition processes and controls through cross-functional interactions with sales?and implementation teams?

• Support?Financial Planning and Analysis team with?revenue forecasting and delivering revenue metrics and reporting?

• Support?the maintenance of?accurate customer?product and contract records in Salesforce CPQ??

• Support the annual?external audit?

• Bachelor's degree or?higher?in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration?

• 1+?years?experience?in revenue accounting,?audit?or?general accounting?preferred, but recent college graduates encouraged to apply as well.

• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to perform functions like V-lookup and Pivot Table, as well as?ability to?understand?more complex formulas?

• Working knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606?

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high?quality work?

• Ability to work independently?and consistently meet deadlines?

• Excellent communication skills; able to deliver messages effectively?both?verbally and in writing?

Salary at Veracross is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. The compensation range for this position is $72k to $80k (annualized USD) in addition to potential bonus.
