Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at The Toasted Yolk Cafe, located in Sarasota, FL. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include training employees, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager will also be involved in financial planning, budgeting, and executing marketing strategies.
