About the Role

As a Respiratory Therapist in Clarksville, Tennessee, you will provide hands?on respiratory care, equipment setups, patient education, and clinical support for both new and existing patients. This role is fully on'site with regular field visits supporting both the Clarksville and Nashville branches. You will collaborate closely with a multi?RT team and an RT Lead who provides guidance on scheduling and technical questions in a dynamic, high?need environment.

Schedule

• Work Arrangement: Fully on-site.
• Standard Hours: 8:30 AM ? 5:00 PM.
• On?call: 1 week per month.

Travel Expectations

• Normal travel: ~15 miles.
• Maximum travel distance: 50 miles one way (rare).
• Supports both Clarksville and Nashville branch areas.

Salary Range

• $34?$36 per hour.
• Reimbursements: Mileage $0.70, parking, tolls.

What You'll Do

• Perform setups, troubleshooting, and education on CPAP, BiPAP, vents, and oxygen.
• Conduct home visits and provide follow-up patient care.
• Deliver empathetic patient support and equipment training.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Respiratory Therapist with an active Tennessee RT License.
• Must obtain Kentucky licenses (Apria helps reimbursing cost).
• No minimum experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
