At scale, our company will be installing millions of heat pumps per year, and this role will lay the framework enabling this dramatic growth. 5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC
Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians
Proficiency with all of the following:

High & low voltage wiring
Ductwork
Sheet metal fabrication
California building code
