Job Description
As a Renewals Specialist at Staff4Me, you will play a crucial role in managing and renewing customer contracts. Your main responsibility will be to ensure timely renewal of contracts and maintain a high renewal rate. You will work closely with the sales team, customer success team, and clients to negotiate contract terms, address any concerns, and maximize renewal opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to customers whose contracts are expiring to initiate the renewal process.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome.
- Coordinate with the sales team and customer success team to gather necessary information for renewal negotiations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the renewal process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Prepare and send renewal documents and contracts to clients for signature.
- Monitor and track contract renewal timelines and ensure contracts are renewed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of renewed contracts.
- Identify and communicate upsell and cross-sell opportunities to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of renewal activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and updates on renewal rates and performance to the management team.
Requirements
- With 3 years relevant work experience
- Prior experience in a renewals management role or similar position.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of contract management and renewal processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
