Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams, ensure high-quality patient care, and optimize unit operations. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership to maintain regulatory compliance, foster staff development, and drive quality improvement in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN).
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• Experience: 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in healthcare regulations (e.g., Joint Commission), budget management, and EHR systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, evaluate, and mentor nursing staff to ensure high performance and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate patient care assignments and workflows to optimize unit efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and safety standards.
• Manage unit budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with physicians, departments, and leadership to align care goals.
• Resolve patient/family concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.
• Provide clinical guidance during complex cases and emergencies.
