Senior Caregiver

Overview Heritage Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Senior Caregiver in the Albuquerque, NM area to provide high-quality in-home care to clients. Our caregivers make a meaningful difference every day by helping clients maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life in their homes through support with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily care needs.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Follow individualized care plans and delegated care instructions
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and positioning from bed, chair, or wheelchair
• Support medication reminders and care plan instructions per agency guidelines
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Escort or transport clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the clinical team

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Must have a current valid driver's license and reliable transportation with auto insurance
• Must live in Albuquerque, NM or surrounding areas
