COVID-19 devastated our care infrastructure, and millions left the workforce to provide care in home. As baby boomers age into retirement and increase demand for home care services, quality care becomes harder for families to find and afford. Now more than ever, families are compelled to provide increasingly complex care in the home as a safer, more affordable option for long-term care.
At Aidaly, we're on a mission to reimagine in-home care for our most vulnerable populations. Our unique model puts family caregivers at the center of care delivery through training and employment. Requirements
- Active and Good standing RN license
- Active BLS Certification
- Driving and Serving in Recipient Homes
What You Will Do
- Assessments and Care Plans: You'll play a key role in crafting care plans, providing in-home support to our patients, and monitoring their progress. Hands on assessment and plan of care
- Work with Families: You'll educate and coach family caregivers, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their ability to provide quality care.
- Leverage Proprietary Technology: You'll use our proprietary mobile and desktop apps, along with other tools, to maximize your impact, facilitate communication within the care team, and engage with families. Comfortable working with EMR systems and Mobile Technology.
- Work Cross-functionally: You'll collaborate with team members at Aidaly, contributing to exceptional health outcomes for our patients and advancing our mission. Supportive to administrative needs.
- Provider Training and Education: You will provide regular 1:1 and cohort-based training virtually and in-person. Supporting Family Caregivers education and skills.

- Active and Good standing RN license (Reviewed on Nursys)

Benefits
This role pays $50-$55/hr
We pay for all time, including training and travel
