• Education:?Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Licensure:?Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS and CPR certification required.
• Experience:?Must have at least 1 year experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or related settings.
• Technical Skills:?Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
• Soft Skills:?Strong communication, empathy, critical thinking, and adaptability.

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, document observations, and adjust care strategies as needed.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, including nursing notes and care summaries.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control standards, and facility policies.
