We are seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience working with registered investment companies to join our Financial Services group. Our team is a leading adviser to financial services firms, asset managers and investment funds, representing clients that range from small start-up and boutique operations to some of the world's largest financial institutions. Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

We are looking for:

Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act required
Experience with exchange traded-funds, variable insurance products, business development companies, investment advisers, and/or commodities work is a plus
Large law firm, in-house or regulatory agency experience preferred
