Regional Manager - Fleet Operations

You'll make a difference:

Reporting to the Senior Division Manager , as the Regional Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Fleet team in the Logistics Department . This would entail managing the global fleet operations process for all markets while supporting the on-ground teams of London and the Middle East.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Regular review of the fleet process for all cities to check if all processes are active or, any to be made redundant; eliminating unwanted processes and keeping the process lean
• Take full ownership of bridging the supply-demand gap efficiently across all global markets
• Remote operational execution and support
• Team management
• Identify clear KPIs and measure them for each team member regularly
• Measure each team member's performance and communicate to them effectively
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Own the entire process of partner driver payments globally
• Cross-team collaboration, in order to create and refine processes that result in achieving the desired outcomes faster and more efficiently
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the vision, goals, and priorities for fleet operations.
• Partner gear inventory management that includes maintaining stock and shipping globally.
• Leading partner driver programs to increase retention and engagement of drivers on the platform globally, whilst collaboratively working with the Specialists within the department

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience working in high-growth startup environments preferred
• Voice process experience preferred
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Team building and team management experience required
• Very good analytical skills with Google Sheets/MS Excel
• Ability to work under ambiguity, with quick adaptability and decision-making skills

Work Schedule and Patterns:

• 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
• 5 days a week
• Shift timings: 12:30 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST
• Office-based role in Bengaluru
