Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and install machinery to maintain operational efficiency

Perform

preventative maintenance

on equipment to reduce downtime

Work with

electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, TIG welding, and plumbing

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow all safety policies

Collaborate with contractors and service providers professionally

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and food safety programs (preferred)

What We're Looking For:



Experience:

Background in

carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance



Skills:

Strong troubleshooting ability, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail



Certifications:

Ammonia refrigeration certification (required)



Technical Knowledge:

Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical documents



Physical Requirements:

Ability to

lift up to 60 lbs. , climb stairs, bend, and work in a

fast-paced production environment

Schedule & Work Environment:

8-hour shifts

with regular attendance required
