Referral Coordinator

All About ABA, LLC is dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Referral Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase referrals and promote our services within the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including pediatricians, schools, and community organizations
• Create and implement marketing strategies to promote ABA services
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials to prospective clients and referral sources
• Maintain accurate records of referral sources and marketing efforts
• Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding market trends and referral opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, sales, or outreach roles, preferably in the healthcare sector and/or ABA field
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
• Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
