Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire top talent across various functions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the company continues to grow with high-performing, culturally aligned professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.
Organize and attend career fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Prepare offer letters, negotiate salary packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with all relevant laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices in India.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
Prior exposure to employer branding initiatives.
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
