Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter / Recruitment Head to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the GCC region, including managing bulk hiring drives. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of staffing for diverse industries in the Middle East, excellent client management skills, and the ability to lead recruitment campaigns and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment for GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, etc.) across multiple sectors.
• Plan, organize, and execute bulk hiring drives, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and build recruitment strategies.
• Manage and guide recruitment teams in the selection, interviewing, and assessment of candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-demand positions in the Middle East.
• Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and work closely with government authorities when required.
• Develop and implement recruitment metrics and reporting to track performance and hiring success.
• Handle escalations and resolve recruitment-related issues efficiently.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent sourcing initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 4 years focusing on GCC countries.
• Proven track record of managing bulk interview drives for industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Hospitality, etc.
• Expertise in recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition in high-demand sectors.
• Strong understanding of GCC labor laws and recruitment compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a recruitment team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel for recruitment drives as required.
