Human Resources (HR) Manager

We're looking for an HR Manager to support our India organization - someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building and improving processes, partnering closely with business leaders, and scaling people practices. You'll be the go-to HR partner for India - supporting leaders, strengthening team effectiveness, and building the people practices that help the business grow. In our fast-moving, global environment, you'll:

• Own day-to-day HR delivery across India?

Requirements What You'll Do Own HR for India: Act as the primary point of contact for all People-related? matters in India, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the employee lifecycle. Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with managers and act as a trusted partner on team effectiveness, performance, and organizational challenges. People Strategy: Translate business priorities into practical, actionable people plans that support growth and execution. HR Operations: Execute across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, employee relations, offboarding) with a focus on consistency, quality, and continuous improvement. People Leadership: Lead a small HR team while remaining deeply hands-on ? setting direction, challenging ways of working, driving accountability, and stepping in directly to ensure strong execution. Process & Scale: Design and implement scalable HR processes and workflows that support business objectives. Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements. Culture & Engagement: Support and scale initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and alignment with company values.

• Are willing to roll up your sleeves and operate in the details
• Can move between strategy and execution fluidly?

• Progressive HR experience, including HRBP or strategic HR exposure
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment practices
• Experience working in a global organization

• Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Exposure to HR transformation, process standardization, and policy design
• Experience balancing HR operations with business partnership responsibilities
