Receptionist? Position: Receptionist Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 13-Hour Shifts About the Role? As a?Receptionist,?you?ll?be the first point of contact for visitors ? the person who sets the tone and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys?purposeful?work. No experience in a specific field? No problem. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast-paced customer service role, you already have the skills?we?re?looking for ??we?ll?teach you everything else. What?You?ll?Do?

• Greet every visitor with warmth and professionalism?

• Manage check-ins and check-outs, verify information, and?assist?with forms?

• Schedule and confirm appointments?

• Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk area?

• Use digital tools and office systems efficiently?

• Support teammates and adapt to changing needs?

What You Bring?

• A people-first attitude with excellent communication skills?

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure?

• Comfortable using email, calendars, and scheduling systems?

• Willingness to learn new processes and tools?

• 1+?year?of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)?

• High School Diploma or GED?
