In this pivotal role, you will welcome guests, answer incoming calls, and manage a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, managing phone lines, and maintaining a tidy reception area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
