Dykema?s Dallas office seeks and experience attorney with 5-7 years of commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial real estate transactions, including lending, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, development and/or zoning and land use. Experience with real estate finance and/or real estate development is a plus. The work requires excellent organizational and drafting skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Admission to practice in Texas is required.
