Real Estate Finance (Loan Servicing & Asset Management) / Associate

Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level associate to join the loan servicing and asset management team within our Real Estate Finance group. This position is open to any of our firm?s locations. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of broad real estate finance experience, with particular exposure to loan servicing consent transactions, loan modifications and workouts, loan sales, and other asset management matters. Experience with CMBS, CRE CLOs, and other securitized products is a plus. Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice. The ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively is required. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package with challenging work in a collegial environment. Compensation: Salary will range between $250,000 - $390,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
