Job Description

Herrick is seeking an associate/counsel attorney with a minimum of 7 years' real estate finance (lender representation) experience for its New York, NY office. Excellent writing and drafting skills, analytical ability, and the ability to take initiative and self-direct are of particular value. This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a collegial atmosphere that provides hands on experience in a broad spectrum of challenging matters, and opportunities for client development. Must be admitted in New York State.

The range of base salary* the Firm reasonably expects to pay for this role is $324,500-$375,000. The actual base salary for this role within the above range will depend upon number of years out of law-school, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
