Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a mid-to-senior level associate for its Private Funds group in New York or Atlanta. Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience in representing established and new fund sponsors in the formation of private investment funds, separate accounts and other investment vehicles. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
