Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of broad real estate finance experience. Candidates should have experience with loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity, as well as asset management and workout experience. Qualified candidates will also have the ability to draft primary loan documents and run transactions on behalf of lenders from inception through closing and post-closing, including secondary market repurchase facility work, and other exit strategies.
