Job Description

Winstead PC is seeking a 4 - 5 year attorney for a position with our Real Estate group in Houston working with George Craft and Caleb Trotter. This position will primarily work on matters associated with complex real estate transactions including leasing, financings, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets located throughout the United States. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Real Estate Transactions: Experience with the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate. Real Estate Finance experience is ideal but not necessary.
Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
