Parsons Behle & Latimer has an opening in our Boise, Idaho office for a real estate attorney with 4+ years of experience. Parsons is a regional law firm that has national expertise in numerous practice areas. The firm is at the forefront of the legal communities in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana and the Intermountain Region. The candidate will join the firm?s Real Estate Department, working on a broad variety of commercial real estate transactions. Requirements and Qualifications: Experience with, or interest in, counseling clients on a wide range of real estate matters Experience providing legal advice and guidance to clients involving buying, selling, leasing, developing, or financing real estate properties Ability to review contracts, negotiate deals, review title commitments and surveys, handle property disputes, and ensure compliance with zoning and land-use regulations Ability to assist with the closing process, including the preparation and review of closing documents Juris Doctorate from an accredited university Admitted to practice in Idaho or ability to be admitted on motion Ability to multi-task and prioritize is essential Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Good judgment, responsiveness, and perseverance Strong academic credentials The firm?s competitive compensation and benefits package includes medical and dental coverages, generous retirement benefits, life insurance coverage, and short-term and long-term disability coverages.
