Real Estate Attorney

Experience Level: 2-4 years
Office Location: Albany, NY
Work Schedule: This role has hybrid flexibility, allowing 2 remote days/week based on business needs.
Salary: $120,000-$132,500
Bonus: This role is eligible for a performance bonus up to 50% of salary

Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP is seeking an attorney with experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, debt and equity financing, construction and economic development incentives.

As a member of our Real Estate practice group, you'll serve as a key member of a team of attorneys working on complex development projects, with a high degree of contact with partners and managing associates. In this role, you'll assist in servicing private and public clients in a diverse portfolio of projects including affordable housing and market rate apartments, residential and resort communities, retail, warehouse, public infrastructure, and community development. We're looking for an associate with strong time management skills, excellent drafting ability, and a strong professional presence.
