The Real Estate practice group is seeking to hire a mid-level associate to join our Century City office. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience (large law firm experience preferred, but boutique firm real estate experience considered). We prefer candidates who have strong experience with development, financing and other matters related to utility scale renewable energy (wind/solar), energy storage and energy transmission projects. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (including the ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties). Also, the ability to manage small to mid-sized matters, and portions of large matters, effectively and efficiently, and work well on a team, is important. Must be a California licensed attorney with solid transactional real estate experience.
